Now you can learn the key theory and practices of mindfulness meditation practice in this 2-hour workshop. Participants will gain essential learning tools and practices to for health and wellbeing.

Want to learn mindfulness? This two-hour introduction to the principles and practices that you can begin to use in your day to day life straight away to enjoy the benefits in your life. Workshop held in the tranquil setting of Eustis Yoga, 1300 E. Orange Ave., Eustis, FL 32726
 
DATES: This workshop is offered on four different dates. Choose which date best suits you. Dates are: December 7th, 14th; January 18th, 25th from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Advanced registration is required as space is limited. Book early to avoid disappointment. Cost $20 and includes light refreshments.


Full 8-week Mindfulness Based Living Course begins February 1st 2018. Those who book early registration on this workshop will receive credit of $20 toward the full course.

 
Workshop includes guided meditation mp3 and resources. The workshop and course is led by certified Mindfulness Teachers Brenda J. Bentley who adhere to the Good Practice Guidelines for Mindfulness Teachers.
